Good shower, also has a washing machine (some tablets would have been good). Basically clean property in central location with good access to facilities. Had basic kitchen equipment which was clean and ready to use.

The hole in the ceiling - certainly wasn’t in the property description. Has been there for some time. Probably due to water leak. Covered with some wallpaper which is hanging off. This should have been included in the description and the cost of the rental adjusted accordingly. Also a pile of white powder under the tv stand wasn’t that attractive either (rat poison/drugs/washing powder??). This property is not a Luxe, it is a basic studio flat. This may have been lost in translation but is we feel inaccurate.

Great location close to the shops and restaurants.

If the weather is hot like 40 degree no air conditioning. Sheets and pillows weren’t great! We went out and brought new sheets and pillows!! Few things that weren’t there on the list hair dryer and air clothes these got delivered the afternoon the day before we left after 4 nights. Steep stairs so if you’re not steady on your feet not ideal and if your luggage is heavy good luck! Great location!!i

De buitenkant van de locatie oogt als een afbraak pand, binnen is het leuk opgeknapt

Passable

Le logement est bien situé et assez bien équipé, avec de la vaisselle disponible et une douche ainsi qu’une robinetterie très propres, ce qui est appréciable.

Le logement ne correspond malheureusement pas à mes attentes, surtout au vu du prix (90€ la nuit). Le bâtiment est assez ancien et sombre, ce qui ne donne pas une première impression très accueillante. À l’arrivée, une forte odeur désagréable (poubelle) dans le couloir, et la propreté de l’appartement laissait à désirer : présence de poils et cheveux sur le lit et la couette (photos et vidéos à l’appui), ce qui est décevant surtout avec 35€ de frais de ménage facturés. Côté linge de maison, c’était assez limité : deux grandes serviettes, une petite pour les mains et un tapis de douche, pas de serviette pour les cheveux, par exemple. L’appartement ne justifie pas, selon moi un tarif aussi élevé. Dans un autre contexte j’aurais préféré opter pour un hôtel, mais il n’y en avait plus de disponible à ces dates. Dommage car avec un peu plus de soin sur l’accueil et la propreté, ou alors un prix aux alentours de 50€ la nuit, l’expérience aurait pu être bien meilleure.

Appartement bien équipé et spacieux Belle décoration

Accès par une ruelle sans stationnement et aucun stationnement à proximité Aucune indication extérieure de la location : on cherche l'Ecrin, que personne ne connait quand on interroge les passants qui habitent le quartier ! Bâtiment extérieurement très vétuste, voire insalubre, qui ne laisse pas du tout penser que la location est à l'intérieur ! Pour arriver dans la location, on passe dans un couloir ou sont entreposées les poubelles puis dans un local inachevé limite insalubre également.

Confort et propreté

Apparemment bien équipé avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer quelques jours dans le centre-ville de Arras. L’emplacement de l’appartement apporte beaucoup d’avantages en terme d’accessibilité aux lieux culturels et surtout un endroit très calme. L’appartement était vraiment très propre. Si je devais revenir à Arras je reviendrai dans cet appartement. Merci a l’hôte Anthony

Le luxe est un bien grand mot.

-L'emplacement proche du centre ville comme indiqué sur l'annonce. -la propreté de la chambre. -la qualité de la literie.

-Mauvais code de boîte à clés, reçu le bon le jour de notre départ. -Dès notre entrée dans le couloir et dans la chambre pas de chauffage réglé sur 15° pour une chambre de luxe. -le vis-à-vis du séjour et de la salle bain rideau simple avec des fenêtres de voisinage à 5 mettres.
