Perfect base to explore Arras in a cosy modern home
Superb location for walking into Arras town centre - 20 min stroll. Supermarket 7 minute walk away. Excellent Boulangerie 3 doors down. The perfect base for exploring the Christmas markets in town! The house itself is very well equipped in the kitchen and the bathroom particularly. Warm, cosy and modern furnishings. Communication with the owners was excellent and clear.

Un bel appartement calme idéal pour les séjours professionnels (et en famille). Un bon séjour agréable. Je recommande cet appartement pour les séjours en famille.

Une maison de charme pour visiter la belle Arras et sa région.
Une maison cocon, pleine de charme, très propre et confortable, 15 mn à pieds du centre-ville, stationnement gratuit à proximité, extérieur agréable. Tout l'équipement est bien pensé. Les explications en amont sont claires et détaillées. L'accueil est très chaleureux.
Comme dans toute maison ancienne, l'escalier qui mène aux chambres à l'étage est un peu raide donc pas adapté aux jeunes enfants ni PMR.
