Gail was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, pleasant and quiet. Free bottle of wine provided on arrival. We requested and were given wood, firelighter, etc so we could braai
Basin cold tap wasn't working properly. Couldn't get tv to work but didn't really miss it.

Parking spaces were of a good size, we were allowed to park on the property before checking in as we arrived in CT early. We were able to walk to shops and other activities.
No top sheet, only a duvet which was too hot for the time of year.

Gail was super helpful and friendly. The apartment was perfect for our needs. The kids enjoyed the pool. And the Sea point area is perfectly located and safe. We stayed 3 nights.
