The house was basically new. Everything was neat and tidy. There was safe parking for two vehicles.
The house that was originally booked was not available at the last minute due to a boiler failure but that was nobody's fault and can happen.
I had to replace the batteries in two smoke alarms as the intermittent beeping would have driven everyone crazy.
The bedside lamp globes in two bedrooms were missing, which I replaced.
The coatrack at the front door was falling off the wall which I fixed.
The above was probably due to the last minute change of house offered to us as there was simply not enough time to prepare the house for visitors at such short notice. Minor issues easily fixed.
