The property boasts unusually large spacious rooms with the convenience of being a centrally located ground floor apartment close to all amenities, a few minutes walk to the town centre, train and bus stations. The property has the capacity to sleep 6 with the additional option of a cot for ages 2 and under with all essentials provided for a perfect home from home stay.
With a seamless self check-in as well as bed linens, towels, tea and coffee and streaming services provided; this is perfect 'drop your bags and relax' home stay.
Please note that the base price per person is based on number of beds and not number of guests. The sleeping arrangements for guests is limited to the King and Double bed for 4 guests or less. If you need use of the single bed or single sofa bed please book for the maximum of 6 guests.

We had a lovely stay — the property was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was just as described, and the location worked perfectly for us. A special thanks to Amanda, who was a wonderful and attentive host throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

This apartment is ideally situated for Wigan town centre and the main train station. Its very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly, we will absolutely be booking again.

We as family’s really enjoyed our stay at this property, it’s was clean, spacious and comfortable, bread, butter and milk, tea and coffee was provided. The kitchen was nice and clean. We were very happy and enjoyed the stay. The exhaust fan was not working in bath room, I communicated to the owner. Another suggestion is that there should be some USB charging points as we for got our adopters to charge phones. I think this should be a standard. Anyway highly recommend it.

This flat has got to be one of the best, most put together flat we have ever stayed at!!! The extra treats, the large layout and it was so clean. I absolutely would recommend anybody to stay here. We would definitely stay here again.
