The location is in a residential area just outside Leeds. It cost less than £10 in an Uber to get into the city.
Room was functional and clean, shared bathroom was large, equipped with bath and shower and clean.
The rooms are in an old victorian house with a shared kitchen. I didn't use this facility but others did. This would be my only 'complaint' is that other guests were using the kitchen to make food after 10pm at night, not sure if they were long term residents perhaps? and because its an old house there is no sound proofing and noise travelled up the stairway.
But for the great value and after a night out its a great option.

I liked the location of the property, the size of the accommodation and the fact it had parking. I like the little touches - fresh milk for tea and crockery. It's well decorated and clean. It could do with somewhere to hang towels though as there weren't any hooks in the space.
The room is right by the front door and drive as it's at the front of the house. You could hear all the comings and goings of other people who were far from quiet. I found it very hard to sleep with the noise interruptions. Lots of white vans coming in and out of the drive. Shame really as the accommodation itself is excellent. Maybe I was just unlucky.
