The house was clean and easy to access

The staircase leading up to my room was very stressful to use especially with luggage. Travelers move with boxes and if it’s hard to go upstairs to your room with a box it defeats the purpose. Also, When I was booking I didn’t see clear description that I’m staying upstairs and sharing a flat with other flatmates. It was stated as “2 bedroom Cody stay” It should be stated clearly for customers to decide whether to book or not. I don’t quite understand the refund process and policy for security deposit. I’m yet to receive my refund for my security deposit. Also, Some flatmates were not charged a security deposit and some charged for it which makes no sense. No explanation as to why such inconsistencies.

Didn’t stay and landlord stole our money!!! DONT EVER STAY HERE

This accommodation is blatantly misleading, nowhere is it clearly stated that the property is shared and after reading recent reviews it's obvious I wasn't the only guest who has been mislead, this alone is a minor problem. Now the landlords customer service was appalling, he ignored multiple messages and phone calls for hours UNTIL I escalated the issue formally and he was contacted by customer service. We explained when we arrived there was a stranger in the room we had paid for, the room that was supposed to be locked! This immediately raised serious safety concerns for both me and my partner, the idea that anyone could enter our room at any time was unsettling. Instead of taking responsibility or offering and kind of solution, the landlord accused us of lying and insisted the room was "ready" which was absolutely not true. Customer service was equally useless, saying they understood our frustration but in the end sided with the landlord and offered no additional help, this left us with no choice but to find another accommodation. This whole experience was stressful, unsafe and entirely avoidable if the landlord had shown the slightest level of professionalism. I would strongly advise to others to AVOID this accommodation!!!
