The location is very convenient for access to the daily market and parking.

The apartment is managed by a company. I did not expect a gracious host who could give me pointers to local delicacies but the company did not get the basics right. The bathroom smells rancid upon our arrival. I had to open the window to air it out for an hour. Given there's no window screen, my wife and I had to fight mosquitoes the rest of the night. The shower stall is tiny. I'm not a big guy but I cannot extend my arms half way to wash my body when I am inside. There is no microwave. The kitchen is poorly equipped. Check in is remote, the online instructions are not clear about the key box location so it took me over ten minutes and going up and down the stairs,, and finally a video call with a staff, to find it. The lock on the front door takes a lot of practice to get used to the act of opening. There's only one set of keys. The electricity of the apartment, except for one light, is controlled by a key. This key is bundled and chained together with the door keys so it cannot be separated. One morning I went out in the wee hours to take a walk, I brought the keys with me so I could get back in after the walk as my wife would still be asleep as per her normal schedule. I had cracked open a window for air before I left the apartment. My wife was mad when I got back to the apartment because she woke up earlier than usual, due to noises on the street, and had no electricity the entire time I was out for that walk. For reference, I was back in the appointment by 7am. The sound insulation is poor as I was awakened by various cacophony starting at 4am. My wife goes to bed late so she was in her deep sleep cycle at that time and was not as bothered by it as early as I was. The elevator closes with an extremely loud bang. It also does not wait for people to get in. I witnessed a couple of women with one being left standing outside the elevator after her friend got into the elevator and the elevator door just shut and started moving.
