Het is een zeer comfortabele appartement om er met een klein groepje of klein gezinnetje te overnachten. Je hebt de ruimte, de rust en de faciliteiten. In maximaal 10 minuutjes sta je op het station Warabi waar je vanuit overal heen kunt. Bovendien biedt de locatie veel supermarkten, buurtwinkels en restaurantjes die tot diep in de nacht open zijn. De locatie schrikt misschien af maar je bent echt sneller dan je denkt in wijken zoals akihabara, ueno en ikebukuro.

部屋も広く清潔感がありとてもよかったです。スタッフの方もすぐ対応してくれるので助かります。駐車場もあり助かりました
良くなかった点ではないですが、調味料、歯ブラシ、ブラシ、コンディショナー、部屋着などはありませんので必要な方は持ってこられた方がいいです。

駅から10分程度で付き、コンビニも近くにありとても便利でした。駅周りもお店が多く、買い物には困りませんでした。 部屋はキレイに掃除されており、快適に過ごせました。 メールの対応も早く、直前に少し早めのチェックインをお願いしたところ快く快諾していただき、助かりました。
強いて言うなら、キッチン用品（ラップやザル）がもう少しあると助かりました。でも最低限のものはあるので、料理はできました！
