Great Villa. Spacious bedrooms. Bedrooms on groundfloor share bthroom. Good Kitchen. Extremelt friendly family very kind and happy people. If we are in Negombo again will try to stay there again if available. Rani the owners aunt is lovely and coems ovre very quickly whenever we needed her.
Some technical problems the aircon in the salon did not work and they got the technician to comein and fix it whihc took days. The maind door key sopped working suddenly . The family came from the neighbouring villas and got us in.

The property was very well presented, nicely furnished, clean and welcoming. We appreciated the AC in very room, we loved coming into a cool home after the hot days out. It felt very home like and the owner was exceptionally kind and accomodating! We saw peacocks outside the home and got to hear local fireworks and celebrations nearby.
Nothing, we had a great stay!

Tágas, jól felszerelt és nagyon kedves a főbérlő .
A konyhai eszközök, hűtő, stb nem voltak tiszták. A lenti fürdőben a kád sem volt tiszta. A többi nagyon jó volt.

This place is a gem. The housekeeper looks after all our needs and the people were extremely caring, despite heavy rainfall. The place is worth the rate and makes you feel like a VIP in many ways. Grandson of housekeeper was helpful with his vey polite way of communicating. These folks are all about caring and outstanding hospitality!! I will certainly come back!!
