The place is clean and the management including the owner were very friendly, prompt and extremely accommodative.
It had all required and expected facilities and worth the money. I recommend the place to anyone visiting Negombo, which is located in the central position and walking distance to the sea/beach.

Staff were extremely helpful. Unit has everything you could require for an extended stay as it’s like a mini apartment.
The location is quite good as it’s walking distance from plenty of places to eat, but the walk down was dark and the pavement uneven. I also didn’t like the restaurant. It felt quite sterile and corporate so I left immediately. They should also get rid of the bed runners as there were some marks on it and they’re just unnecessary.

The room was big enough
The air conditioning system needs cleaning. I got a lung infection due to the air conditioning. The kitchen cupboards were not clean.
There was spoons missing etc. when you put the switch on in the bathroom the fan turned on but the smell wasn’t bad
