Awesome hospitality with more attentive host. Well maintained ,super comfortable and very clean place. Walking distance to the local supermarkets ,food stalls and not far from the beautiful Negombo beach.Great value for money. Excellent place to stay highly recommended to others

Excellent location if you want to stay near to the city. Located by the main road yet the place is calm and quite. The villa is looking great from the outside. It gives you kind of a home feeling. I booked the family room and it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and we could access TV room and the kitchen too. The host is also very friendly and treated us with great hospitality. Overall experience is really nice and will choose Merlyn Villa for my next stay for sure.
Nothing much to complain about. Perhaps they can light up the entrance area to the premises. It was a little dark from the gate to the door. That's just a minor issue.
