Apartment W Kitchen 5 Mins Beach 20 Mins Airport

I like the kitchen and dining area, and the toilet being outside the bedroom is very hygienic and convenient. 😊😊😊

The bathroom smells like sewage; this needs to be addressed. Consider placing a few clothes hangers in the wardrobe.

Great place with good facilities.we visited Negombo beach then spend the night in their apartment. Such a nice time we had with so many facilities we were able to cook nice meal in the apartment. They have a very good bedroom and bathroom compared to most of the hotels near by.

Ideal location very close to the beach. walking distance to public transport (Both bus and train stations). Many restaurant's nearby if you fancy dining next to the beach. Apartment came with a kitchen with all the cookware and utensils and host was kind enough to provide some additional bowls. The bed in the apartment was big and comfortable. Top it all they keep the place exceptionally clean will definitely come back again.

Smooth check in. Level of cleanliness. Good wifi. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Location.

Window blocked in bedroom, so very dark and no fresh air. No bedside lamp. Window blocked in dining room, so no light here either. A lot of ants in the bathroom sink. Only one toilet paper roll. Which wasn't even full from the day of check-in. The two fans in the dining room/ kitchen where disturbingly loud when in use. Kitchen could be more well equipped with utensils, and kitchen equipment. Would not have been possible to cook anything more advanced with the very few kitchen items provided. Would have been good to have a kitchen towel and a wettex cloth. The outdoor furniture shown in one of the pics for this specific apartment was instead placed outside another apartment (?). Finally, booked this apartment for four days, but only stayed two, due to me finding a last minute flight back to Europe a couple of days earlier, when the airline had cancelled my original flight. Very disappointed that the accommodation declined my request for a refund of the two last days. As always, money talks!!! Oh btw, I requested a receipt after my payment, but never received one. Apparently my "request" was unusal??? I didn't bother in the end, so chose to let it go...
