The structure is of exceptional quality, and its elevated location provided me with a panoramic view of the surroundings, including the ocean. The ocean breeze was delightfully refreshing.
Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, from the amazing staff Sachin to the lovely hosts Milroy and Nilu. The food was absolutely fantastic, especially the mouthwatering Sri Lankan-style seafood and the delightful pol sambol with roast pan.

Wonderful Stay at Rehan Sunset Villa – Highly Recommended!
I had a fantastic stay at Rehan Sunset Villa in Negombo. The villa is extremely clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. From the moment I arrived, the owner and his family made me feel truly welcome. They are incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you need.
One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The owner’s wife prepared both breakfast and dinner using fresh, home ingredients, and every meal was absolutely delicious. It felt like enjoying authentic homemade cooking rather than hotel food, which made the experience even more special.
The atmosphere of the villa is peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind in Negombo. The hospitality from the family really makes this place stand out.
I highly recommend Rehan Sunset Villa to anyone visiting Negombo. If you want a very clean place, amazing homemade food, and warm family hospitality, this is the perfect choice. I would definitely stay here again!

Room is clean and good AC.
No warm water (not cold neither), but it’s not that you really need it here…
