central location, restaurant at the top, pool at the top, room is clean and well equipped with water boiler, coffee, tea host is very friendly and reachable, even organized a guide for us in Negombo
air con was a bit difficult to adjust it was either too cold or hot for us

Nice location close to beach, bathroom has a shower stall with door rather than open wet bathroom (as is typical in Sri Lanka), small balcony with side ocean view, elevators, pool, different restaurants and shops close by.
While the idea of carpet is nice, it's never a great idea in tropical countries and could use a cleaning.

I checked in at 4 am and then woke up at 11:30 am. They told me to be good when I just asked a toothbruah from them.
