This villa is in a peaceful location yet a short Tuk Tuk ride to all the facilities of Negombo and area. We are elderly but the Villa is comfortable and manageable. This beautiful villa is spacious, with a very good pool and jacuzzi. The spacious and well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook any meal (western or Sri Lankan). After a busy month in Sri Lanka visiting friends we were able to relax fully here before our return flight to the UK from the airport just 15 minutes away. We recommend this villa
A little noise at times from work next door but it didn’t disturb us - or our music.

Beautiful house which we thoroughly enjoyed & relaxed in after a long flight. Well furnished, extremely clean & we made good use of the pool. Rooms all very large so more than enough space for the 5 of us & really appreciated the drinking water which was left for us. The owners kept good communication with us during our stay.
A bit of a walk to get to local eateries which we didn't mind but worth being aware of. There was quite a lot of loud industrial noise from the neighbours next door (hammering, drilling etc). A lot of big mosquitoes (outside, not in the house) so be sure to take insect repellant.

Ontzettend fijn en mooi huis met lekker zwembad en goeie airco in de slaapkamers, en zeer fijn personeel dat langskomt als je wilt!
Hooguit een extra bedlampje zou fijn zijn, en even was de douche verstopt, maar dat was gelukkig snel weer verholpen.

In un bagno non funzionava la doccia inoltre non tutti i bagni avevano il sapone in piu l’acqua della piscina era verde forse per mancanza di cloro.
