Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great bathroom and good strong shower.
Heavy reliance on whatsapp. Communication can always be over emails. My WhatsApp had been blocked and I kept on telling the customer service to email me the instructions. This got very frustrating.

Location is near to where I wanted to visit. The unit is clean and comfortable. My daughter and me especially like the projector screen right in front of the bed.
The bed frame is a bit light. It will squeak a bit when sit on. No instruction on how the lift operate. Searching for button to my fall for a while.
