Good location - 10-15 mins walk to all attractions. Super clean. They provided iron when we asked for it. Common area has hot and cold water machine. Also coffee bottles were there to use from. Check in was easy and it was easy to find the hotel - next to small grocery shop.
Sound proofing is not good. You can hear people walking on the street - but It’s not a super busy street so was not much annoying. Just few steps from water taxi. I will recommend it.

Communication from IIlaria was great, room was perfect for what we wanted- there was no mini fridge or fridge in common area, which would have been nice to have for drinks &snacks.
The location was great, water taxis few minutes walk, even walking to tourist attractions was 10-20mins max…we got off the water taxi and had 5 minute walk..
The neighbourhood was very nice and relaxing , with lots of cafe bars, and amenities very close at hand.
The only other thing I would mention is there is no where to leave your luggage at the place, but they do offer other hotels they are connected with to leave it at, about 10- 15 minute walk .
Overall we loved it here and would return.
