Welcome to our charming terraced home in the vibrant Reading area where comfort meets convenience! This stylish and fully equipped home is the perfect base for exploring all that Reading has to offer. Whether you’re in town for work, leisure, or a weekend getaway, you’ll find everything you need right at your doorstep.
This house is spacious and beautifully renovated to create a peaceful and convenient space for those looking for a ‘home away from home.’

Full access to all parts of the home with no limits!

- Close proximity to the university.
- Very spacious with back garden.
- Large Kitchen with appliances including Gas Cooker, Fridge, Freezer.
- Living room & Dining Room.
- Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.
- Walking Distance to University / Hospital / Town
- Permit Street Parking available
- Quiet road near the city centre.
- Corner shops available.
- Takeaway shops and the Co-op within walking distance.
We do not have a driveway but there is on street parking which is permit parking. We do have limited passes so you may have to enquire about this. Disabled parking available. There are some free parking roads a 10 min walk away on Blenheim Road (10 min walk) and Auckland Road (17 min walk away).
Easy access to transport links direct to Reading Town Centre.
We allow HEN and STAG DO's in the spirit of love! However we do require a £200 security deposit for damages. This will be fully refunded as long as there are no damages made to our home.
We will be available to support from 08:00-22:45 every day.
