This condo is perfectly nestled between Downtown Steamboat Springs and the base of the ski mountain. Unwind in a residential area and recharge for your next mountain adventure!
Getting Around:
Yellow line bus stop located directly across the street from the community!
Other Things to Note:
This space may not be a good fit for very light sleepers as it is on the bottom floor and foot traffic from above may be occasionally heard.
**Per the HOA, the Fireplace is not able to be used by guests.
Distance to the Ski Resort: 11 minutes 3.8 miles
Distance to the free bus stop: across the street from the community
Distance to Downtown: 4 minute drive, 1.3 miles, or 13 minute walk
Distance to Hot Springs: 18 minutes 7.6 miles

The condo has been nicely renovated with thoughtful touches. Very convenient to downtown both drive and walking distance. Reiterating other reviews to set expectations: It is garden level and there is no natural light that comes from the windows.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Hosts were really responsive. Everything was clean and exactly as pictured. Only note I have is to be aware that there is 0 natural light. Perfect if you’re in town and just need a landing spot while doing other things - super cozy!

The condo was beautifully redone with modern decorations. Kitchen cupboards need handles to make opening easier. It was in the basement so was pretty dark. Couldn't find bus stop to ski area.
