Welcome to Hilltop Hideaway, a spacious retreat for your family. This duplex feels like a home, with over 2600 square feet on 3 levels and very high ceilings, no one will feel crammed in. Plus, the home has a nice fenced in backyard with deck and private hot tub for your enjoyment. Hilltop Hideaway boasts a gourmet kitchen with everything you need for meals and a dining area with large table. The living room is spacious with 2 sectional sofas and seating for everyone! Cozy up together for a movie night after a day on the mountain. The home features an exceptionally large garage, plenty of room for 2 vehicles (even your SUVs). There is space outside of the garage for another vehicle or two. The home features Wi-Fi to stay in touch or for streaming your favorite shows.
The Main Bedroom is located on the top level which makes it very private. It features a King bed and en-suite bath with double vanity and amazing walk-in shower with 2 shower heads and steam functions. A real retreat! There are two bedrooms on the main level that share a bathroom with tub/shower combo. One main level bedroom has a King bed and the other is a bunk room featuring two sets of twin over double bunks - perfect for the kids. On the entry level there is another very private bedroom with King bed and bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Hilltop Hideaway is located between downtown and the mountain area in Steamboat Springs, CO along Hilltop Lane. It is one half of a very large luxury duplex, but lives more like a single family home. The home has great views of Emerald Mountain (perfect for those Winter Carnival fireworks). We recommend a vehicle in this location, however, there is an on-call bus service through Steamboat Springs City Transit if you need it. Or call a local taxi for a night out if you are having a few beverages. In the summer, bring your E-bikes and live like a true Steamboat local. Great rental house. Everything you ever needed in the kitchen. The hot tub was great, the master shower with steam was awesome. The dogs loved the fenced in yard. Nice neighborhood and close to everything, halfway between town and mountain. The truck also fit in the garage. It is on 3 levels so lots of steps. Excellent communication with management company.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is completely stocked with everything you need. Perfect for large families with three king size beds and a bunk room. We were there in late summer so AC in bedrooms was a huge plus. Hilltop is a bit of a busy road and steep but didn’t affect us. We would love to stay there again.
