About this apartment rental
This beautifully renovated apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood minutes from both the resort and town. Enjoy fantastic views of the ski slopes, easy access to the trail system that leads right to town, and the peace and quiet that comes with being nestled in an aspen grove. Cozy up by the gas stove after a day of fun in the snow or in warmer months, relax on the balcony after a day of hiking and biking. The apartment is well appointed with a full kitchen and will comfortably sleep 4 in the two bedrooms. The owners, Matthew and Carri, live in the front part of the house and are on site should you have any questions or need recommendations. Carrie’s property is perfect! We loved the location, the home is great and very clean, and everything was easy. Carrie (and rocket, the best welcome dog of all time) was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

A perfect location a mile from main street steamboat. Kitchen was great for "condo cooking" which means it had the necessary pots, pans, knives, olive oil, and salt necessary to make simple meals. Although the days were warm, it was easy to keep the place cool by opening the windows at night and using the provided fans to bring in the 50F outside air. Then, we just shut all the windows in the morning and the place stayed cool all day. The only thing I might add to the place is a teapot (or larger mugs). I did love the multiple options for making coffee!
