About this house rental
Available for minimum of monthly rental or longer stays, this two bed, two bath (+ loft) townhome has plenty of space to enjoy Steamboat Springs experiences. With two lofts (w desk), laundry and 1 car garage, this is a great get-away for families, couples and telecommuters.
Our townhome is located between town and the mountain with access to open space and all Steamboat Springs has to offer. This family friendly neighborhood is off of Rita Valentine Park with easy hiking/walking trail steps away.
The lower-level/master has a queen bed, walk in closet and full bath. The main floor is family great room, kitchen and laundry. Upper level has a bedroom, full bath and two loft areas -- one set up as a professional workspace. The upper level bedroom has an XL Twin over Queen bunk, with an additional XL Twin trundle (upper bedroom sleeps 4).
Sleeps 6 total.
Cable tv and great wireless internet with plenty of bandwidth for professional needs.

Well maintained and comfortable 2 bdr townhome conveniently located to ski resort, hiking trails, downtown restaurants and shopping. Great family friendly neighborhood with lots of pets to meet and play with. Owner is also great to work with, accommodating of reasonable requests. Will definitely be back for our next visit to Steamboat.

My husband & I stayed for three months and this townhouse truly became our home away from home! We never felt like we were in the middle of a vacation town, although we had it all at our fingertips as the townhouse is tucked just between town and the resort (both 5~ minutes away) in a locals neighborhood. Not to mention, the neighbors are great!
What the VRBO pictures don’t show is, the view from your front porch is an utterly amazingly clear shot of the Steamboat Ski Resort mountain!
The townhouse was well-equipped with everything we needed. I also worked remotely while there and the internet service was very reliable. We brought a few pictures and a plant from home – to make it feel that much more like it was ours, even if just temporarily – and it was the perfect place.
Reed was great to work with, responsive, and our comfort was his top priority.

This was a great place to stay. Beautiful area (moose actually in the yard!!). Conveniently located. Extremely friendly and responsive management through Reed. Highly recommended!!
