If your travels to Steamboat have you staying a bit longer than the typical vacationer, check out the Majestic Getaway. This spacious 4 bedroom/4 bathroom townhome is located in a nice neighborhood with a mix of mostly full time residents and longer term guests. Like to fish, walk or bike? The neighborhood is just steps from the Yampa Core Trail that runs along the Yampa River all the way to downtown Steamboat and beyond. There is also a free Steamboat bus stop located at the end of the neighborhood to make getting to the ski area a breeze.
The home boasts 2 King bedroom suites on the top level, you'll have to draw straws over who gets the one with the view of the ski area, with attached bathrooms and sizable closets. Upstairs there is also a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The entry level features a bedroom with Queen bed and sleeper sofa, there is a hallway bathroom adjacent to this bedroom walk-in shower. The main level has the 4th bedroom which has a sleeper sofa and can be used for a sleeping area or a media room. There is a large bathroom adjacent to this bedroom.
The main level also boasts a living area with cozy gas fireplace and couches you can really lounge into after a long day exploring the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped and great for preparing meals. There is an ample dining table, perfect for hosting a great meal or a game of cards.
Remote working from here will be comfortable, with a dedicated workspace on the top level featuring a solid wood desk, printer and comfortable chair. Parking here is simple with a 2 car garage and space in the driveway for 2 additional vehicles.

Well appointed house with a nice layout and easy access to the mountain via the bus line or a short drive in the car. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The property was perfect for our group of 8 with two families.
