- Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed and smart tv.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- The home has 3 total full bathrooms: 1 ensuite in the main floor master bedroom; 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs, each with a shower/tub combo.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- The propane is directly supplied to the grill and no need for a propane tank.
- Parking space for up to 4 vehicles is available in the driveway.
- You will need to provide your information to enter the resort (the resort fee of $59 per reservation will be collected before you arrive)
- There are 2 resort Passes for the guest. Each Pass is good for 4 people each pass for a total of 8. Coosawattee River Resort no longer allows guests to purchase on sight and no other passes are provided.
- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $100 per pet, per stay. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee. Failure to disclose pets prior to arrival will result in a $250 fee per undisclosed pet, in addition to the standard pet fee. Any damage caused by the pet may result in additional charges.
- The names of all guests must be provided at least 72 hours prior to your stay for entry into the gated community.
- This property has paved road all the way however, the driveway is a little bumpy because its gravel. We just want you to know in advance that the short driveway leading up to the cabin short and bit bumpy. It should not affect your experience, nor will it require 4x4.

- Vehicle Recommendation: While AWD or 4WD vehicles are not necessary and you will be able to navigate this road we do recommended to travel the hilly gravel road leading to the house carefully and do not spin or cause your vehicle to throw of gravel and dirt. This is likely to ensure that vehicles have the necessary traction and control on the uneven surface. Caution should be taken to avoid spinning out. Drive safely and slowly
- Penalty for Spinning Out: There is a fine for any vehicles caught spinning out on the gravel road. This emphasizes the importance of careful driving and control while navigating the hilly terrain.
- Noise Level: To be considerate of nearby residents, especially with regards to music, it's advised to keep noise levels low. This helps maintain a peaceful environment and prevents disturbances.
- Respect Private Property: All properties surrounding the two lots are privately owned. Venturing onto these properties is considered trespassing. It's important to respect the boundaries and privacy of neighboring properties.
- Lights Out at 10:00 PM: All outside lights should be turned off at 10:00 PM. This helps maintain a natural environment and avoids unnecessary light pollution, which can be disruptive to wildlife and neighboring residents.
--Yard and home are close to the woods. This means you may encounter bears, spiders, snakes, and other pests. We make every attempt to keep them at bay with regular pest control services, outdoor traps, and a large locked bear box for trash. Please, keep a close watch on your children and pets. We are not responsible for the wildlife in the North Georgia Mountains, it however, is part of the environment.
Following these guidelines will not only ensure your own safety but also contribute to a respectful and harmonious experience for everyone involved.
Our Hot tub fees are included in our pricing - no additional hot tub fees for our properties. You will have a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, some properties offer both Keurig/Drip combo, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.
Unlike other companies that may charge upwards of $50 for a hot tub cleaning fee, we pride ourselves on transparency and affordability, only adding a $15 charge into our cleaning fee. This nominal fee covers the costs of chemicals, as well as the time and labor invested by our dedicated housekeeping team to ensure a clean and relaxing hot tub experience for every guest. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we trust you'll appreciate the care and attention we put into maintaining our facilities.
Our Basic Provisions:
Include all linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth PER person, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, streaming smart TV, internet, and propane grill or both charcoal and gas. (Some properties have more) Please pick up after your pet at pet friendly properties.
In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags), Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads), Laundry Detergent (1 load), and some Dishwashing Soap.
Returning Guests are considered VIPs….(when available) we offer free Early check in or Late check out - ask local management team. All trash must be properly bagged or charged a fine. Please abide by all the rules and be courteous of neighbors. If need be management reserves the right to and can evict rowdy/unruly guests on behalf of our owners. However, we have not had to do so yet!

Over all the Cabin was on top of the Mountain and beautiful setting, In door and out. Outdoor fireplace was spectacular. Some problems arose with the Cooling & Heat on the Main Floor but these things happen and notto overshadow the overall experience of the Cabin and Location.

The place was AMAZING! Beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, and cozy! I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to others. We go to Ellijay every fall for obvious reasons! I will be keeping this booking in my records for our stays in the years to come! The downstairs area was absolutely perfect for little ones who need entertainment, as well as adults who enjoy playing pool, relaxing in the hot tub, or playing board games. The location of the property was very nice! Being the last house on the road gave tons of privacy and more nature to look upon. The leaves were changing beautifully and the massive windows made for a beautiful view. Definitely my favorite stay yet in Ellijay!

The cabin has potential to be very nice but it needs some TLC. Someone should have come and inspected the cabin before we checked in as it did not appear to be all that clean. Bathrooms were ok but it just did not have the feeling it had been freshened up before we checked in. The kitchen is in desperate need of good cookware, toaster oven did not work, the refrigerator had not been cleaned and the freezer was dirty and ice was accumulating in a frost free appliance. The decks were full of spider webs with huge spiders in them. We had to call to ask for someone to come get them down so we could enjoy the outside. However the person who came out was the QC manager and he used a stick from the woods to get some of them down. They were everywhere. Around light fixtures, railings, chairs etc. he also sprayed some pest control spray. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to get to all of the webs. The screened in porch would have been nice to sit but the cushions were dirty, the furniture had spider webs all over it, the fireplace had not been swept-ashes were still in the grate and around the fireplace,the floor was full of leaves and dirt and the overhead light fixture was so dim because it was full of bugs and looked like it had not been cleaned for years. We didn’t use the hot tub because we were worried when the last time it was cleaned. The fire pit area was not cleaned and the chairs were filthy. The pictures on VRBO are awesome but the cabin does not live up to what you see.
