- Outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- The fireplace is available for use from October 1 through April 15.
- Up to two dogs (25 lbs or less) are welcome.
- Free parking is available for up to six vehicles.
- This home features a secure digital lock with a unique code provided prior to arrival.
