​Morning coffee tastes better in a rocking chair. Our oversized screened-in deck lets you enjoy the crisp mountain air without the bugs. Fire up the Weber grill for dinner, then head down to the backyard fire pit for ghost stories and gooey s'mores.

​The terrace level is a dedicated "fun zone." Challenge your friends to a round of Pool, or head to the upper loft for a Foosball tournament. When the sun is out, take the Cornhole boards out to the lower deck and enjoy the fresh Georgia air.

​Designed with multi-family groups in mind, our layout offers a private retreat for everyone:
​Upper Level: Private Master King Suite + a whimsical Kids' Loft featuring a bunk bed (twin over full + trundle), game table, and TV.
​Main Level: Cozy Queen bedroom, full bath, and convenient mudroom with laundry.
​Lower Level: Private Queen bedroom, full bath, and a second living area with a sleeper sofa and propane fireplace.

​As our guest, you have access to the best of Coosawattee River Resort. Bring your tubes, kayaks, and fishing poles! Spend your days exploring hiking trails, fishing the stocked ponds, or splashing in the river. You’re just minutes from downtown Ellijay—the Apple Capital of Georgia—filled with charming shops and local vineyards.
​Pro Tip: Keep your eyes peeled! The deer here are friendly and frequent visitors to our 1.4-acre woods.
Other Details to Note:
Prior to booking, you must let us know how many people will be present at the house, specifying adults, children and pets. The cabin can comfortably sleep 12 guests, but additional guests can be accommodated on request. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Guests that book will be required to sign a rental agreement, that will be sent shortly after reservation has been made.
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
Pet rules: Dogs are permitted, but require prior approval and payment of a separate pet fee. Please contact us if you have more than 1 dog. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds out of respect for other guests, cleaning logistics, and potential damage. If there is any evidence that the dog was on furniture you will be charged extra for cleaning. Dog should be walked far from the cabin, to “do its business”. If your dog has an accident close to the cabin, please scoop it up. Please use lint rollers to collect any pet hair that may be found on furniture or bedding before you leave to avoid any additional cleaning charges.

Not many deer and that is why we go to that area but nothing wrong with cabin and a very sweet owner

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights. Excellent response from the owners making check in/out very easy. They assisted with additional information during our stay and quickly answered questions. Would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was nice. Beware of the driveway leading up to the cabin as it is steep. The biggest issue we had is that the TV's are very old. They do not allow you to add apps so that you can stream apps like YouTube TV. There is no cable or satellite either. So we were unable to watch traditional TV. Also, the pool table in the basement, is not full size. I will say that the owner was very responsive when I reached out for assistance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the TV's need upgrading.
