Apartment 2 This bright and welcoming 2-room vacation apartment (34 square meters) is located on the 1st floor on the left side facing west. With its conveniently located covered balcony (west-north), it is very popular with couples, small families, and small groups of guests. You enter directly into the living room, which features a modern corner sofa (which can also be used as a sleeper sofa) and a small kitchenette with a small dining area. It is equipped with a TV (cable) and high-speed internet (Wi-Fi). The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need, including the following appliances: sink, 2 hot plates, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. A microwave and an oven are available for use in the shared, larger kitchen on the first floor if needed.
From the beautiful bedroom, which features a modern double bed and direct access to the bathroom/toilet, you can step out onto your covered balcony. The sink is located in the bedroom. The sleeper sofa (140x200) can accommodate 2 children upon request.
Beds for 3 people: a double bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa (140x200) in the living room. If needed, one travel crib for infants (ages 0–3) with a blanket, pillow, and bedding can be provided upon request for a one-time surcharge of 15€.
Bed linens and towels are provided. Two washing machines and two dryers are available and can be used for a small fee.
An extra bed for one additional person is available upon request.

ensures a relaxing and active stay. Our variety of vacation apartments are continuously being modernized and refurnished. They
feature beautiful living rooms and bedrooms with cable TV, radio, and high-speed internet (WiFi/WLAN), a shower room with a hair dryer, a fully
equipped kitchen, balconies on the upper floors, an idyllic courtyard with barbecue facilities, and a lovely terrace in front of the house—all of which are very popular. A travel crib with linens and a
laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, as well as an iron and ironing board, are available. A bicycle storage area for guests’ bikes and 2 free rental bikes from Haus Prante—for shared use on short rides around town—can be found in the backyard.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive the PyrmontCard Plus, which guarantees you a wide range of recreational activities.

On-site costs: Full payment of the trip price must be made via bank transfer at least 30 days prior to arrival. Check-in is available from 5:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is possible from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. After payment, keys can be retrieved either independently using a key safe code or upon cash payment at check-in. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request. The tourist tax of €3.40 per person (ages 18 and up) per night will be charged additionally on-site or via bank transfer. Additional charges as agreed upon apply for charging electric vehicles. The base rate includes, among other things, towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, etc. Pets are not allowed; in Apartment Type 1a, 1 pet is permitted (additional pets upon request) at €20 per pet per night. No meals provided.
