This well-laid-out 2-room vacation apartment (36 square meters) is located on the 1st floor on the right and, with its covered and wind-protected balcony, is very popular with couples, families, and small groups of guests alike. You enter directly into the living room, which features a modern corner sofa (sofa bed) and an open-concept kitchen with a dining table. It is equipped with a large, modern TV (cable TV) and high-speed internet (Wi-Fi). The kitchen-living area is equipped with everything you need, including the following appliances: sink, 2-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, egg cooker, coffee maker, and electric kettle. A microwave and an oven are available for use in the shared, larger kitchen on the first floor if needed.
The bathroom with shower and toilet, which has a window, is located between the living room and the bedroom and can be locked from both sides. The sofa bed (140x200) can accommodate 2 additional guests.
Beds for 4 people: one double bed in the bedroom and one sofa bed (140x200) in the living room. If needed, an extra bed for a fourth person or a travel crib for a baby (ages 0–3) with a blanket, pillow, and linens can be provided upon request for a one-time surcharge of 15€.
Bed linens and towels are provided. Two washing machines and two dryers are available and can be used for a small fee.
An extra bed for one additional person is available upon request.

ensures a relaxing and active stay. Our variety of vacation apartments are continuously being modernized and refurnished. They
feature beautiful living rooms and bedrooms with cable TV, radio, and high-speed internet (WiFi/WLAN), a shower room with a hair dryer, a fully
equipped kitchen, balconies on the upper floors, an idyllic courtyard with barbecue facilities, and a beautiful terrace in front of the house are very popular. A travel crib with bedding and a
laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, as well as an iron and ironing board, are available. A bicycle storage area for guests’ bikes and 2 free rental bikes from Haus Prante—for shared use on short rides around town—can be found in the back yard.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive the PyrmontCard Plus, which guarantees you an extensive leisure program.

Costs on site: Full payment of the trip price must be made via bank transfer at least 30 days prior to arrival. Check-in is available from 5:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is possible from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. After payment, keys can be retrieved either independently using a key safe code or upon cash payment at check-in. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request. The tourist tax of €3.40 per person (ages 18 and up) per night will be charged additionally on-site or via bank transfer. Additional charges as agreed upon apply for charging electric vehicles. The base rate includes, among other things, towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, etc. Pets are not allowed; in Apartment Type 1a, 1 pet is permitted (additional pets upon request) at a rate of €20 per pet per night. No meals provided.



Check-in is from 5:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
