This 53 m² ground-floor, non-accessible, non-smoking apartment—lovingly furnished as recently as 2025—can be booked for stays of 3 nights or more and is ideal for 1 to 4 people.
After climbing 7 steps, you’ll reach the rear annex with a separate entrance, where you’ll be greeted by a covered, cozy barbecue and lounge area with a view of the garden.
Its location away from the street guarantees you peace and relaxation in the midst of nature.
Due to the stairs and the sloping entrance area, the apartment is not suitable for walker or wheelchair users, people with mobility or visual impairments, or those with other disabilities. No liability is assumed for any damage or injury that may occur during your stay.

The rooms: 1 walk-through bedroom with a 90x200 cm single bed, TV, and LAN connection.
1 additional walk-through bedroom with a 140×200 cm box spring bed.
Privacy is limited for all guests due to the centrally located bathroom.
However, both bedrooms have room dividers that provide guests with privacy when needed.

1 fully equipped built-in kitchen. 1 spacious and bright, sun-facing living and
dining room with a large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door, TV, and free Wi-Fi.
Here and in the first bedroom, there is space for an extra bed for a fourth guest.
Thanks to the ground-level access to the adjacent terrace and garden, the apartment feels like a small vacation home. From around 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., you can enjoy quiet and relaxing hours in the sun on the garden loungers if you wish.

A 10-minute walk to downtown, 1 km to either the train station or shopping areas.
Only small female dogs are allowed for a fee of 8€ per day.
For private trips, I’ll provide you with the PyrmontCard Plus as a complimentary service. This guarantees you a wide range of recreational activities. With it, you can enjoy the following free of charge as needed: 1 free admission per day to the 5* Hufelandtherme for 1.5 hours, including the sauna area.

One museum visit and castle tour per day. Guided tour of the Dunsthöhle.

The PyrmontCard Plus does not exempt you from the statutory visitor’s tax. The visitor’s tax is charged separately.
On-site costs: A 50% prepayment is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. PETS, EXCLUSIVELY FEMALE DOGS, ARE ALLOWED FOR A FEE OF €8 PER PET PER DAY. In Bad Pyrmont, the tourist tax is currently €3.40 per person per day. For the second and each additional person in a family with the same address, the tourist tax is €2.50 per day. Children under 18 are exempt from the tourist tax. People with a disability of at least 50% pay €3.00 per day; each additional person with a disability pays €2.15 per day. The day of arrival and the day of departure are counted as one day each. The visitor’s tax is charged separately on site.
