The beautiful vacation rental is located in the nearly 200-year-old farmhouse, which was fully renovated in 2010. The stylish apartment features four bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest restroom, an open kitchen, a living room, and a balcony, all spread over an area of 200 square meters. Small to medium-sized, well-behaved dogs are allowed. Garden areas are located in front of and behind the house. Free parking is available directly at the property. Free Wi-Fi is available. The vacation rental spans three floors. The first floor features a hallway, coat closet, laundry room, and washer/dryer. The bedrooms are located on the first floor, as is a large bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a bathtub. On the second floor is the open, fully equipped kitchen, including an electric stove, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A large open passageway leads to the light-filled living room with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen smart TV. Bed linens, towels, and utilities are already included in the rental price.
NEW starting summer 2025—Now NEW: “Claudia’s Sleep and Relaxation Cabin”—bookable only in conjunction with the vacation rental. The vacation rental accommodates up to 6 people—the tastefully furnished sleeping cabin in the garden is available for the 7th and 8th guests. The shower and toilet must be used in the vacation rental. There is no private bathroom; an additional restroom with a sink is located on our property next to the vacation rental. For larger families and gatherings, up to 2 people can stay here. Cabin amenities: High-quality solid wood construction with plenty of windows. Floor area: 20 m². Kitchenette with sink and hot/cold water. Your sleeping area: Cozy sleeper sofa with a sleeping surface of 140x190 cm. Air conditioning for cooling and heating, TV, large table, small refrigerator, various storage options, and a magnificent view of the natural surroundings. Our farm is located right on the edge of the forest between Hämelschenburg and Bad Pyrmont, with a view of an unspoiled natural landscape. Nearby attractions include the spa town of Bad Pyrmont, the town of Lügde (known for its Easter wheels), Bodenwerder (known for its connection to Münchenhausen), Hämelschenburg Castle, Hamelin (famous for the Pied Piper), and much more.
