Apartment 1: This 2-room (43 sqm) vacation rental, popular with guests of all ages as well as families, features a bedroom, living room, and kitchen-dining area and is located on the first floor. It is also accessible via the courtyard entrance, making it barrier-free. You’ll first enter the spacious living room, which features a slightly larger kitchen-dining area with seating for 4 people.
The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances needed for everyday use: sink, 2-burner ceramic induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker. A microwave and oven are available for use in the shared, larger kitchen right next to the apartment entrance, if needed.
The living room is equipped with a TV (cable TV), high-speed internet (Wi-Fi), and an electrically adjustable leather recliner. A spacious bedroom offers plenty of room. The sleeper sofa (140x200) can accommodate 2 additional guests.
A large bathroom with shower, toilet, and window, featuring a ventilation fan, has direct access from the bedroom.
Beds for 4 people: a king-size double bed in the bedroom, a single bed (fold-down bed), and a sofa bed (140x200) in the living room. If needed, a travel crib with a blanket, pillow, and bedding (ages 0–3 = one-time surcharge of €15) can be provided upon request.
The terrace next to the house entrance, with a view of the quiet, child-friendly street, and the seating area in the courtyard invite you to relax.
Bed linens and towels are provided. Two washing machines and two dryers are available and can be used for a small fee.
An extra bed for one additional person is available upon request.

ensures a relaxing and active stay. Our variety of vacation apartments are continuously being modernized and refurnished. They
feature beautiful living rooms and bedrooms with cable TV, radio, and high-speed internet (WiFi/WLAN), a shower room with a hair dryer, a fully
equipped kitchen, balconies on the upper floors, an idyllic courtyard with barbecue facilities, and a beautiful terrace in front of the house are very popular. A travel crib with bedding and a
laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, as well as an iron and ironing board, are available. A bike storage area for guests’ bicycles and 2 free rental bikes from Haus Prante—for shared use on short rides around town—can be found in the backyard.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive the PyrmontCard Plus, which guarantees you an extensive leisure program.

Costs on site: Full payment of the trip price must be made by bank transfer at least 30 days prior to arrival. Check-in is available from 5:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is possible from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. After payment, keys can be picked up either independently using a key safe code or upon arrival with a cash payment. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request. The visitor’s tax of €3.40 per person (ages 18 and up) per night will be charged additionally on-site or via bank transfer. Additional charges as agreed upon apply for charging an electric car. The base rate includes, among other things, towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, etc. Pets are not allowed; in Apartment Type 1a, 1 pet is allowed (additional pets upon request) at €20 per pet per night. No meals provided.



Check-in is from 5:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 05:00 to 10:00.
