The location is a bit far from the center. The hotel operates with 24-hour self check-in, but when we arrived at night there was no staff present and we had not received any entry code for either the hotel or the room.
Luckily, other guests arrived and told us that the hotel normally sends a code in advance. We called the emergency phone number, and to be fair, they sent the code quickly so we could get in.
Later, we realized there was no hair dryer in the room. We tried calling for assistance, but no one answered. I ended up going to sleep with wet hair.
The next morning, we were woken up by staff noise. One staff member was speaking very loudly on the phone, and the conversation could be heard clearly inside the room.
That said, when staff were physically present, they were friendly and tried to help as much as they could.

I recommend this accommodation for several reasons. Parking is free, and it's a short drive to San Sebastián (12 minutes). The room was also clean, and the staff (Emerson) was very helpful. He recommended a gas station near the guesthouse with cheap fuel, parking in San Sebastián, and some nice bars and restaurants serving local food. We were so glad we followed his advice. The world would be a better place with more people like this young man with a very kind smile.
