Do not choose courtyard viewing room as view from courtyard is hanging washing line from next door building it is not a courtyard only view of flats next door hanging clothing and underwear views from your window not pleasant, rooms smell damp also staff are helpful and upgraded us to a street viewing room car park is 1 mile away not there’s but fairly discounted

Hotel was great and great location, staff very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend it

We arrived and were greeting with friendliness and smiles, immediately offered suggestions for places to eat since we came in late and hungry and kitchens would be closing. The rooms are modern and beautifully designed, lovely, best shower in our travels so far, AC and easy WiFi. Super happy here. We will come again!

This is a lovely hotel BUT it is missing many simple tricks that would make it an exceptional hotel, and are not difficult to rectify. Plus points It is beautifully placed for the beach, excellent restaurants, grocery shops - even a fresh fish market if you are staying nearby in self catering accommodation. The number 5 bus that will take you directly into Town stops literally at it's front door, with a large range of buses less than 5 minutes walk away. Rooms with terraces are lovely and give give valuable outside space for those early morning coffees ad late night drinks, and the staff are lovely. Negatives The room was TINY - one of the smallest i have ever stayed in and i have travelled extensively, which we did not expect as it was a superior room. The bathroom again was ridiculously small, so much so that the sink was outside of the bathroom in the already tiny room. They apparently do not have twin beds, so it was a small double that was pushed up against the wall, so we had t climb over each other to get to our side. The Terrace has 2 chairs and a table but ample space for 2 loungers and all importantly an umbrella as the sun is extremely hot,but neitherof these were present, so there were many days tat we could not sit outside as it was too hot. You also have to climb out the door - a good step up - to get onto the terrace. The room had no basics like a kettle, or small fridge, so even cold drinks were pointless being brought back as they became hot in no time. These negatives really marred this hotel, and unless there was a much larger room that was hidden away from us, it would stop us returning, and that is a shame.
