Very clean, modern, secure and the staff very helpful - there is an incredible beach close by
I love cubicles and I see them in more and more cities- great idea - would Cars consider installing a little curtain on each for privacy - it would be really appreciated by the weary traveller - there’s quiet a steep hill up to the property - nobody’s fault

Great location, serviceminded personale and clean and functional rooms.
A mistake happens with my booking, which took about 30m to fix, but they were kind to give a 15% of the price an accommodate the mistake.

The rooms with bunks are very tiny. The shower is so small. The beds were not super comfy. There's a bar downstairs and a lot of younger people. Not great for pilgrims. It's also at the end of the beach and when you've come from Irun it's a really long day with an extra mile or two to the hostel.
