This was our first time in Paris, so I did not have any other reference. The apartment was very nice. However, we had a very warm spell and there was no air conditioning. There are three small portable fans. I had to buy another one just to get the air moving. It did cool off a bit in the evenings however, when we opened your windows, we were right on a street with people who were smoking and speaking loudly all night I’m sure I would have a different perspective of this place during a cooler time but sleeping there on hot night was very uncomfortable.I would suggest that they buy some portable air conditioner units. Would have made this so much more pleasant stay. , At least get some more big fans.

The location was great, and the place was clean, close to lots of shops, bars, restaurants and transportation. My complaint is with Belvilla booking as they take a good amount of time to respond and the fact that in the listing description it said the Apt. had A/C when in fact that was not the case. We did not find out about the A/C not working until check-in. That to me is very deceptive.

Overall, a pleasant stay! The apartment was nicely furnished and had a warm atmosphere, We liked how easy it was to reach all the main attractions from here

The room furnishings were overall nice, and very clean (main bathroom is nice).walkable to restaurants nearby but far (20 minute) ride from central city and sites. The room AC is not working and very limited airflow. The elevator is very small but only first floor location so ok, hallways smelt of takeout everyday.
