Clean , modern value for money. The room itself was lovely. Just a shame the other guests were very loud.
The guest that were upstairs were noisy. They got there at 11pm and were noisy , talking on speaker phone in the kitchen which was loud. Then they ordered food at 2am and the delivery guy was banging loudly, first on the front door , then he was shouting hello as they took a while to answer.

Location and parking, warm and room was clean
(Just windows need mould cleaning off but it is hidden by the blinds)
Good communication with the owner
Front door handle broken when we arrived. Could get in but not out. Had to use the back door.
No bowls in the kitchen or room for eating food. Need a tea towel to dry up plates etc.
