The location is great- very close to the airport, tesco express is around the corner and the petrol station too. The Luton mall is not too far either. I like the kitchenette in the room so I can make a hot drink/ use the microwave. It also have common areas where you can wash your clothes and cook.
The bed is not very comfortable and the pillows were not good quality at all. I was there for 5 days and had neck, upper shoulder pain. A little investment in these things would go a long way as the overall place is good.
