Sundara Hoà Bình Retreat

We stayed here for five nights with our family and it is an absolute hidden gem. The setting is exquisite, the gardens are incredibly beautiful, the accommodation is so well designed and very aesthetic with lots of little thoughtful details. The restaurant food was some of the best we've had in 3 months in Vietnam. The pool area was beautiful and family friendly. Perfect for a relaxing, nature-filled retreat. We can't rate the host more, she took care of us so well and we loved our stay!

Bếp nấu không được ngon Do vướng nghỉ lễ nên thực phẩm ko đc phong phú, có vài món hết Gà chiên mắm nhưng đĩa nhỏ, nhặt từ gà luộc đã đông lạnh ra làm ăn nhạt nhẽo Rau xào mặn Cá suối đông lạnh chiên ko tới lửa, ăn thịt bị nát

Riêng tư , yên tĩnh phù hợp nghỉ dưỡng , nhân viên dịch vụ tốt

La gestion de cet hôtel est incompréhensible. Pas d’accueil :il a fallu insister auprès du personnel ne parlant pas anglais pour qu’elle vienne nous explique fonctionnement de l’établissement. Puis on ne l’a plus. Elle fonctionne uniquement par WhatsApp. L’hôtel étant très isolé vous êtes un peu obligé d’y dîner. Les tarifs sont un peu excessifs au vu de ce qui est servi et commandé par WhatsApp. Lelatin c’est soupe et thé qui sont servis. Pas de café et il faut demander si vous voulez autre chose. Les photos sont vieilles car les bungalows sont vieillissants avec des fenêtres vermoulues. Et pour partir, en insistant j’ai reçu un fichier Excel et j’ai payé au personnel.
