The One Malpensa Rooms

The staff was exceptional! I was a last minute booking (and I’m very glad I chose them) Sarah was kind enough to contact me at night and kept contact with me to ensure at what time would I arrive at malpensa, they also helped me with my bags so I didn’t have to go to the hotel and then back to airport so I could go straight to Milan. We arrived very late at night still she was up waiting for us and the car picked us up with no trouble. The room was spacious, clean and stocked with goodies! They had fruit, milk, water, tea, coffee even some ramen! As the other reviews say they had a wine waiting in the fridge as a welcome present and everything felt intentional, placed with care and attention. I cannot recommend it enough <3

I could not find the fare for the transportation from and to the airport before hand. Luckily my mom had cash (which nether my brother or I ever carry) so it is important to know you have to pay 15 euros cash for each trajectory. The drivers were kind and patient. this is not a negative part to my review as to whether you have to pay or not, it is an observation that I could not find the fare and that is important to have cash in hand. The property is right by the church and have bells to state the time during the day I did not mind them…

Desde antes de embarcar Bárbara ya estaba en contacto con nosotros para saber a qué hora llegábamos y si necesitábamos que nos recogiera del aeropuerto. El aeropuerto de Malpensa está a 10 min. Llegamos 2 noches tarde al hotel por cancelación de vuelo de Ryanair, asi que sólo pudimos disfrutar 1 noche. A la llegada, tarde por la noche, Bárbara nos estaba esperando para darnos las llaves y llevarnos a nuestra habitación. La habitación es muy amplia y muy bien equipada. También cuenta con una terraza muy grande con unas vistas muy bonitas al bosque. Todo muy limpio. En la habitación te dejan un montón de comida para que desayunes- frutas, galletas, bollería, mermelada...Además de todo lo necesario para hacer infusiones y café. Hay microondas, hervidor y cafetera. En definitiva, un sitio de 10 y unas anfitrionas de matrícula de honor

Lo único que se puede mejorar es que la cama supletoria era muy dura
