Good place very recommended

We stayed as a couple with our one-year-old baby and had a wonderful time. The room was spotless and cozy, with a spacious and modern bathroom. Our host was absolutely amazing – kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We would love to come back one day!

Fantastic location less than 10min away from MXP. The room is very clean, recently renovated, and has a great balcony with a view (which we unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy because of the rain). The hosts are super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Bonus: you get a fully stocked fridge, fresh fruit bowl, and coffee bar at no extra charge. We stayed for one night before an early flight and could not recommend the place enough! We will happily stay here again.

Nothing negative to say about our room and experience. Not too many options around for dinner, but the trattoria across the street is great value and good food.

Hospitality, basically equivalent to that of Four Seasons.

Dear Sarah, One of the best hosts we’ve ever had – truly exceptional. • Personally picked us up from the airport. • Took us to get a meal right after arrival. • Even brought us an iPhone charger when needed. • Genuine hospitality – classic case of an owner who personally takes care of guests. • Could not have done anything better. We highly recommend her place to anyone — Sarah sets the standard for what a host should be.

Perfect for anyone looking for a convenient, clean and affordable stay close to Malpensa airport.

The host was always in constant communication with us when needed, with little to no delay. She made special preparations for our 18-month-old and even drove to town and picked up pizza since all the local restaurants were closed for the summer holidays.

We recently stayed at The One Malpensa Rooms during our trip to Italy, and it was such a great experience! The place was spotless, well-kept, and truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help and make our stay comfortable. One thing we especially appreciated was the generous freebies—fresh fruits, drinks, and pastries were all available and added a lovely touch to our stay. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Happy staying here.

Best experience in MXP area. No hot breakfast but that’s not important to us. Bathroom is shiny clean. Snacks and wine are abundant and all free. Deck view is great. And host is so warm hearted care about this business. 0.5 euro for each person for city tax. We very enjoyed the stay. The restaurant the host recommended is also very good and not expensive at all.

A home away from home with hosts that treat you like family !

This apartment is incredible. There are many amenities yet the place achieves the perfect balance of spaciousness and coziness. The bed is big and comfortable, extra bedding and blankets are there if you need them. The cleanest place I have ever stayed in and the room smelt amazing. The bathroom is smart and feels luxurious with a spacious shower and even a smart mirror. Shampoo, body wash and other amenities were included. Sarah goes above and beyond for the breakfast included, there are many cereals and snacks, even a mini fridge with water, juice and a bottle of wine! I enjoyed using the Nespresso machine every morning and sipping my coffee on the massive outdoor area, the view is beautiful and I think the mountains you can see could be Switzerland? It is an hour walk from the airport but is not noisy at all, occasionally the gentle hum of an aeroplane, it is incredibly peaceful. The best quality of this booking is the host, she is so friendly and helpful. I am young and I do not drive, Sarah and her father were very kind and would drop me to the train station for my adventures. Travelling by myself for the first time I could not have felt safer here. The town and the people are also lovely, the restaurant, cafe and bar, I enjoyed every single one of them.

Soggiorno perfetto!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui una notte per recarci a Malpensa al mattino presto. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la stanza è accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort; a nostra disposizione moltissimi snack e prodotti per la colazione. Il bagno molto spazioso e moderno, con una grande doccia molto piacevole. Il parcheggio è gratuito e a pochi passi. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile! Comodo per raggiungere Malpensa ma anche per un soggiorno con visita dei dintorni. La prossima volta che avremo un volo per Malpensa vi torneremo sicuramente!

Wonderful

If I could give Sarah and one Malpensa 10 stars I would have give them ! I only came for 1 night and everything was amazing. The room is big and perfectly clean and organised. with everything, snacks ,fruits , sweets and all the small things you could wish for . Beautiful terrace with a view. I should have stayed more , it is really surprising to have this quality for places next to the airport . My flight was delayed, and they were available 24/7 , always with a smile. Thank you very much !

Peccato esserci fermati così poco

The One Malpensa Rooms è davvero a 7 minuti di automobile dal parcheggio T1 di Malpensa, quindi estremamente comodo. Le due proprietarie sono molto disponibili, anche in caso di check in tardivo, ma soprattutto garantiscono un servizio eccellente: lettino da campeggio disponibile per bambini piccoli; piccolo frigorifero con acqua, latte, yogurt e una buonissima bottiglia di vino (molto apprezzata!); snack dolci e salati, macchinetta per il caffè, frutta fresca, stoviglie a disposizione. Con mio marito e mia figlia, siamo stati in entrambe le stanze: quella al piano terra gode di un ampio terrazzo con tavolino e divanetti, mentre quella al primo piano ha un terrazzo meno ampio ma comunque molto comodo. La pulizia è eccellente in tutte le zone dell'appartamento, in particolare nell'ampio bagno. Segnalo, inoltre, la carineria delle host, che ci hanno riservato un tavolo per cena nella trattoria che si trova proprio di fronte all'appartamento. Consigliatissimo!

Очень гостеприимные хозяева, ночью встретили, отвезли в отель. Отставили вещи у них до вечера, они их привезли в аэропорт. С заботой, теплотой отнеслись к нам. Комната очень чистая, постель комфортная, холодильник полон продуктами.

Vi ble veldig godt tatt imot av verten - og til tross for sen booking (pga kansellert fly) og sen ankomst var de veldig gjestfrie og imøtekommende og møtte oss når vi ankom. Godt lagt til rette for overnatting i en koselig liten landsby rett ved Malpensa. Alt var nytt og fint og rent i leiligheten, rammet inn av de fine omgivelsene. Godt med drikke å velge i, yoghurt og frukt og litt forskjellig å bite i. Vi hadde dessverre ikke så mye tid til å nyte av det, men takknemlig for muligheten. Flott leilighet som vi gjerne kunne tenkt oss å bo i også for lengre besøk. Vi ankom sent og dro tidlig, men hadde et veldig godt inntrykk på den tiden vi var der, og verten var veldig imøtekommende og blid og trivelig. Verten ordnet med rimelig skyss til flyplassen - virkelig god service på alle plan 😊 Vi dro derfra tidlig på morgenen, men fikk med oss at vi bodde i samme bygg som kirkeklokken. Skulle gjerne hatt mulighet til å utforske mer hva som var rundt, men veldig koselig besøk, selv om det var kort.

Ottimo appartamento in una località tranquilla e silenziosa. Con tutte le comodità.

Piccolo paese verde e pittoresco. La proprietaria era gentile e generosa e ci ha aiutato tantissimo. È venuta a prenderci all'aeroporto in un orario impossibile (oltre mezzanotte), ci ha tenuto i bagagli per mezza giornata e ce li ha riportati in stazione prima di partire. Persona veramente straordinaria!
