It is hard to describe it but besides the unique view on Monte Rosa and the river, the entire place is just wonderful. The atmosphere somehow makes you relaxed and the family who takes care of you is super nice. We spent an entire week here and came back home with so many happy and unique memories. Almost everyday there was something unexpected but supernice gesture from our hosts. I would choose 10 out of 10 times to stay rather here than in any hotel.

We had a verry nice Diner from Nick and Giulia was a great host. Would definatly recommend staying at her place.
More open restaurants, but Nick made us a superb diner at home with courgious views

Everything was amazing, a perfect end to our vacation. The location is great: very close to the airport yet surrounded by nature, with beautiful views and blueberries fields. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast, and the hosts were wonderfully warm and welcoming. We are family of five so they added an extra bed for us the very comfortable and beautiful designed place we stayed in. The kitchen in the room is well equipped and We’re so glad we found this place! Wish we had few more hours to enjoy more of this place. Thank you !
Air conditioning is available only in the bedroom, but I believe that opening the windows in the living room lets in a nice breeze and makes it more comfortable.(we were in the middle of august)

The room was big enough the views are beautiful, in a rural setting. Rooms have a kettle and some instant coffee and tea.
My main reason to pick a place around Malpensa was to have a shuttle available at a reasonable price. That wasn't the case. The airport is very close, 10 mins drive or less, and the "shuttle" was 30 euros for 2 people. I think they should have the honesty of not calling it a shuttle, for that one can find a taxis by him/herself. Definitely you need a car to stay there, and for the price there are better options, but in my case due to last minute changes out of my control I had to make the reservation just a couple of days before and all the other options were taken.
