Older unit is right on the water, view of the ocean is nice but far enough away to be unspectacular. Building offer both stairs and an elevator, which was nice since the unit is on the 3rd story. Unit has three bedrooms which is great for a family but bunk bed room is really tiny. Unit is clean. Decor and furnishings are showing their age. Coffee table legs were held together with a zip tie. All in all it was nice but not really nice, which is the price range you’re paying for. Code to access unit didn’t work when we arrived, but rental company was quick to get us in.
I couldn’t move in the king size bed without waking my spouse. Really noisy. Mattress was ok but not great.
