The layout of the condo Close proximity to the beach and Savannah.

Dirty floors (our feet were literally black), dirty dishes (dried food and crumbs), no matching cookware (pots/lids), not a single potholder, broken chair on the patio, broken garbage disposal (they worked on while we were there, but stopped working again after one use), broken toilet (flooded bathroom upon our arrival). They did fix that, but not until next day. Asked us to use our towels to clean flood, but couldn’t get us new towels until next day. Bathroom sinks needed attention. They were barely draining. LR lamp was literally falling apart and side couch table so wobbly you couldn’t sit anything on it. However, even with all this, we enjoyed our stay once we gave the place a clean over ourselves, including washing anything we used, by hand, prior to using it. Had to restack pots, pans, bakeware that had been tossed into a complete mess. This unit is definitely in need of attention and it will be a much better stay for others.

I thought the place was very nice and clean - 3 bedrooms was perfect. Good location on the island - weather could have been better but we made do. People were friendly esp the parking attendant guy.

I did not see a parking permit nor a binder to find the parking permit. The parking attendant was very nice and said just call the office which I did and they promptly delivered passes.

master bed was creaky and not too comfortable. the balcony wasn’t very clean; dirty rug and miscellaneous stuff left behind on floor by previous tenant that wasn’t cleaned.

Loved the location , the pools, and the size of the condo.

The beds were awful and not comfortable at all.
