I thought the place was very nice and clean - 3 bedrooms was perfect. Good location on the island - weather could have been better but we made do. People were friendly esp the parking attendant guy.
I did not see a parking permit nor a binder to find the parking permit. The parking attendant was very nice and said just call the office which I did and they promptly delivered passes.

location and 3 bedrooms.
master bed was creaky and not too comfortable. the balcony wasn’t very clean; dirty rug and miscellaneous stuff left behind on floor by previous tenant that wasn’t cleaned.

Loved the location , the pools, and the size of the condo.

Lovely apartment, clean and spacious. 2 extra large double beds. Close to beach. Elevator to level. Nice pool and restaurant on site.
