Located in the Gull-Reef building of Tybee's Beachside Colony, Gull Reef 633 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo which features a partial side ocean view from the private balcony. Wake up with coffee on the balcony or wind down the evening and witness the colors of the sunset in the fresh air on the balcony. Enjoy all the benefits of resort-style living with beach access just steps from the pool deck. Beachside Colony Resort has two swimming pools. The building has elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA and a popular beachfront restaurant and lounge with complimentary WIFI internet access.
The open living and dining area is warm and inviting. The tastefully decorated living area has a large flat screen smart TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. The contemporary design includes an open floor plan with balcony access. The dining area has a dining table with seating for 6 and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen has also been updated with all new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped along with a full-size washer and dryer.
The primary suite is furnished with a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and has access to the balcony and an attached bath. The all-new primary bathroom is appointed with dual vanity sinks and a large custom tile shower. There are 2 additional guest bedrooms, one with a King-size bed and one with 2 Twin Beds. Each room includes a flat-screen TV. There is WIFI internet access is available for guest use in this condo. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles. NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

We loved the condo it was very spacious for all of us. We went for my son's wedding. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the beach, balcony, pool, and restaurant.

Great stay. Beautifully decorated. Older property, but everything has been updated. Kitchen was fully stocked. Towels and wash cloths were waiting on every bed, even the pull out couch. The washer stopped working while we were there, they quickly sent someone to look, they weren't able to fix it right away, but no big deal for us.

The location and condo complex is ideal. We have stayed at the complex several times in years past and this was my first time booking with tybee vacation rentals. It was overall a good experience, however there were a few broken items and missing items in our rental when arrived. Parking passes were missing and a towel bar was ripped off the wall in the master bath. The slider door handle was also broken. The office had me come down to pick up passes for parking and never repaired the broken things during our stay, which was dissapointing. Overall a clean space with ample room, in a great location.

Overall the place was ok. During this time of COVID-19 though management was extremely unfair. They refused to refund us and said we could change our reservation until the end of the year. Later they changed their policy to an entire year, but never told us. Half our family couldn't attend. The place was fine, had a mold smell when you entered. If everyone had been there it would have been too small. I wouldn't rush back if there were other options.
