Tybee Beach Club 137 is a top floor, three-bedroom condo located in the Beachside Colony Resort on Tybee's Mid Island beach. The spacious condo is ready for family fun-in-the-sun all year long. The condo features a large open plan living area with a private balcony that overlooks the community courtyard, pools, and the Atlantic Ocean. Relax while on vacation with all the amenities of home. Don't want to cook?
Beachside Colony is home to The Deck, where you can dine inside or on the open deck overlooking the beach. The open and inviting floor plan includes a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa. The dining area has ample seating for up to 6 people, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The large, open concept kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, a writing desk, and even a wet bar!
The Primary Bedroom suite has a King size bed and a Flat Screen TV. The attached large primary bathroom has both a glass surrounded walk-in shower and a large soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. The first guest bedroom has a Queen Size bed, and a TV, and the second guest bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds, and also has a TV. The two guest bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom, with a walk-in shower.
This condo is located on the third floor within the Tybee Beach Club building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access. The building has elevator access. Perfect for families, this condo sleeps up to 8. Wifi is available. There is unreserved parking for 2 cars. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

Floors throughout the condo need a good professional cleaning. The photo below shows bottoms of our feet within the first 30 minutes of each day. We were extremely happy with the location.

The condo unit itself was very nice. One of the units around us had people that smoked and at times it was hard to enjoy the balcony because of it. We stayed during the week and to our dismay the bar restaurant at the condo was closed 2 of the days. We never were able to eat/drink there. They state in there description of the grounds that they have 3 pools. 1 is a small pool and the other 2 look like hot tubs. We were not impressed. I would say if you want to stay here to go over the weekend because even some of the siteseeing places were closed a day during the week.
