Located in the Gull-Reef building of Tybee's Beachside Colony, Gull Reef 633 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo which features a partial side ocean view from the private balcony. Wake up with coffee on the balcony or wind down the evening and witness the colors of the sunset in the fresh air on the balcony. Enjoy all the benefits of resort-style living with direct beach access just steps from the pool deck. Beachside Colony Resort has two swimming pools and Tybee's only oceanfront restaurant, The Deck, perfect for beachfront dining with unbeatable views. The building has elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.
The open living and dining area is warm and inviting. The tastefully decorated living area has a large flat screen smart TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. The contemporary design includes an open floor plan with balcony access. The dining area has a dining table with seating for 6 and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen has also been updated with all new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped along with a full-size washer and dryer.
The primary suite is furnished with a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and has access to the balcony and an attached bath. The all-new primary bathroom is appointed with dual vanity sinks and a large custom tile shower. There are 2 additional guest bedrooms, one with a King-size bed and one with 2 Twin Beds. Each room includes a flat-screen TV. There is WIFI internet access is available for guest use in this condo. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles. NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

We had the opportunity to use the pool one day and it was quite nice. Wished there had been a hot tub, however. The only thing that I can really suggest is a better description of the property once you pull into the parking lot if you’ve never been there before, all the buildings are very confusing. After a very long ride and arriving at about 6:30 PM, it took us a good 35 to 40 minutes of trying to figure out which building we were in. And that was our only problem. Other than that we had a marvelous time. Beach access was great having the restaurant on site wonderful.

Beautifully decorated condo with a fully stocked kitchen and view of the ocean! Short walk to the beach, onsite pools and restaurant. Complex is well maintained. Will be back again.

The condo was very clean and as-advertised. Great value for the price. I have no complaints about it, the building, or the amenities. We had a great experience!

Our arrival coincided with a snow event on Tybee Island and several condos in the building had frozen pipes. Ours did not, but maintenance was running water in our condo upon our arrival. Lots of issues with televisions. Remotes did not work. And for our stay of 3 weeks on 2 of the 4 televisions worked.
