Beachside Colony is made for easy beach days. Step right onto the sand with direct beach access, then spend the afternoon at one of the two community pools. One has a beach-entry tanning ledge, and the sunny patio area is perfect for lounging, with plenty of space and restrooms close by. Hungry? Tybee's only oceanfront restaurant and bar, The Deck, is right on the property, serving up unique coastal cuisine with a side of ocean views.
Vacation is better with your pup along for the ride. Beach House 413 is a pet-friendly rental, so your furry best friend can enjoy the island adventure too. Across the street, Memorial Park has a playground, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, the YMCA, and a library, plus plenty of green space for a stroll. Prefer to wander? Several popular restaurants are a short walk away in this mid-island location. Park the car and settle into island time.
Inside, the modern coastal style and updated furnishings feel relaxed and welcoming, like a home away from home. The property was accurately described, providing all our family needed for a relaxing vacation. The proximity to the beach was wonderful! The host was responsive to any questions we had. We would stay with this host and this location again.

The property was super clean and well maintained. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with pots and pans, dishes, and everything you would need. The beachfront was fantastic. The pools were somewhat crowded at times. Th parking passes were not visible when we arrived, and had to call the Tybee Rental Company. They were under the sink if that happens to womeone else.

The condo was clean and in a great location. BUT, upon arriving we learned that the washing machine and dishwasher (two critical amenities) did not work. After requesting a service call, we were informed that a part for the washing machine was ordered the week prior and had not come in yet. This should have been disclosed to us prior as we packed planning to be able to wash clothes! I have sent multiple messages to Tybee Vacation Rentals with no response.
