The view is beautiful, having a dishwasher, washer/dryer and having 3 bedrooms(one room with queen bed was very small though).
It's outdated & needs touch-ups on the inside. The outside deck is awesome, but it also needs some boards replaced, especially the pickets on the rail of porch(some were loose & a few didn't have nails at all). HAZARD I really didn't like finding a roach bug crawling on the curtains, sand still on the rug, and us finding a broken wine glass before my grandkids did! The people up above us ran & stomped their feet from 7 a.m. midnight. Sometimes, they'd slide a chair or something across the floor. We were waiting for someone to fall through the ceiling. Not even kidding!!!
