Trio Box Hill - Lux 3BR Penthouse Beauty w parking

The apartment was well sized and adequately set up for a family stay. Close to shops and facilities. We enjoyed the location given it was close to what we needed. 3 bedrooms enables a good family set up, kitchen facilities were good. Great views!

The stains on the couch made it feel worn snd tired and not comfortable to relax. Getting into the property was quite tricky and made for a frustrating first impression. The remote control for the garage didn’t work, which created further frustration. It seemed the external bins created quite the unpleasant smell throughout the corridors and elevator. It was priced and named Lux, which gives the impression of high quality, which was misleading , it was comfortable but not Lux.

The property is good near the shopping area, and clean

We asked about some tissue boxes because not provided at all only toilet roll until end of day they not considering it as they said their policy with other accomodation is different. As we stayed in the motel they provide it. The price we pay in this apartment is not cheap but they did not think about small thing that made us unhappy also only 1 kitchen towel when we asked more they only asked us to check in the cupboard as we did and nothing there.

Everything was perfect! Make sure you use the guide given (it’s a few pages which I didn’t realise) instructions are perfect!
