— Noise Policy —
We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate.
Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. This will also result in a serious fine.
— Towels —
We provide one set of towels per person for your stay. If you need a freshen-up, you're welcome to use the washing machine at your convenience. Please note that towels for swimming pools and other facilities are not provided.
— Sofa bed —
To keep things comfortable for everyone, sofa bed bedding is prepared for groups of 7 guests. For bookings of 6 guests or fewer, sofa bed bedding is not included as standard. If you'd like to use the sofa bed, let us know in advance and we'll be happy to arrange the bedding it for you!
— High-rise apartments —
As this is a high-rise apartment, you may occasionally hear ambient wind sounds during extreme weather conditions. This is a natural result of the building’s design and structure. If you are particularly sensitive to sound, we would recommend that you consider alternative accommodations, or at least prepare a set of earplugs just in case you need them during windy nights.
— Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs —
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest.
For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request.
